Common questions

How do I get my team set up?
After your account is created, go to Operations > Team Invites on the web dashboard. Enter your team members' emails and assign their roles. They'll receive an invite link and can be on the app within minutes.
Who can open a support ticket?
Company owners and managers can create and reply to tickets directly from the Ridgemark mobile app or the web dashboard under Support.
How fast do you respond?
We typically reply within one business day for billing and account questions. Critical issues are prioritized and handled as soon as possible.
I received a team invite email. What do I do?
Open the link in the invite email on any device. You'll set a password and land in the right dashboard for your role. If you already have an account, it will sign you in automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can request a plan change from the Billing section of your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do workers need their own login?
Yes, each worker gets their own account on the Ridgemark mobile app. They'll see only the jobs assigned to them and can clock in, log notes, and message from the field.
Is client payment collection included?
Online payments are available via Stripe Connect. Connect your Stripe account under Settings > Integrations. Growth and above plans support client-facing payment links on invoices.
Can workers use the website?
Field crews use the Ridgemark mobile app for their job list, clock-in, and messages. Owners and managers use the web dashboard. Clients have their own login on both web and the Ridgemark mobile app to view jobs, invoices, and pay online.
