Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial when your account is set up. Reach out via the demo form and we'll get you started.
How many users can I add?
Each plan includes a pool of team users (owner, managers, and field workers): 5 on Starter, 10 on Growth, 20 on Pro, and 50 on Enterprise. When you need more team logins, upgrade your plan.
What AI is included on Starter?
Starter includes a limited number of AI estimate and invoice drafts per week (shared pool), plus business and employee insight reports with weekly caps. Contracts, proposals, client message drafts, and revenue forecasting unlock on Growth and above.
When do I get GPS clock-in and the live crew map?
GPS-verified clock-in, optional geofence enforcement, and live crew tracking on the schedule map are included on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Starter uses standard clock-in without GPS capture.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle and we'll prorate any difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Switch between monthly and annual billing on this page — annual saves about 15%. Enterprise teams can contact us for custom terms.
